INGREDIENTS
- 16 ounces full-fat sour cream
- 1 cup cilantro leaves and stems
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- ½ cup thickly sliced green onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¼ cup whole milk
- 2 teaspoons white distilled vinegar
- ½ peeled and pitted avocado
- salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Adjust salt, pepper, and lime juice to taste.
- Serve and store!
